The Foundation has been an active force in the development of Bigfork for over 30 years. Your membership and financial contributions to the Foundation will help support our many on-going projects and future endeavors. By doing so, you are helping ensure that Bigfork will continue to be one of the best communities in the "Last Best Place" of Montana.

Become a Member - Your involvement as a member will give us the input and direction for the future that you believe is important.

The Foundation has a unique approach to membership. There is a one time membership fee of $150. No annual dues are assessed, but ongoing contributions are gladly accepted!

There are no meetings to attend unless you would like to serve on a committee or become a board member. You get involved only to the degree you want to get involved. Each May, we have our annual business meeting which includes a dinner and the installation of new officiers.

Become a Volunteer - Community volunteers are critical to our success. Volunteers are needed to help in all of our efforts, from saving and improving the Swan River Nature Trail, building community parks to updating the Bigfork Land Use Master Plan.

Become a Financial Supporter - The Foundation's work is supported entirely by donations from the community and the one time membership fees.

Our main fund raiser is our annual September auction. However, more help is needed if we are to be able to respond to the many worthwhile community projects. To this end, we have established a Foundation Fund to provide on-going financial support.
